Get to know Writechs' Service Coordinator Supervisor - Edel 🌟

Edel has been a valued member of our team for 3years'. Edel tells us: "When starting with Writech, it wasn't like walking into a new job on the first day, it was like walking into a sitting room with family".

Edel and her team support the Service Manager in a fast paced & hands-on environment liaising daily with Service Technicians and Clients to coordinate and schedule routine and additional service works, respond to call-outs, provide timely and accurate quotes, address any immediate maintenance needs and meet Client deadlines whilst embedding long-term partnerships with Suppliers and Clients.
