- Champion Health and Safety: lead and drive safe work practices onsite
- Coordinate onsite resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
- Manage a team of operatives to meet all project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure quality workmanship: drive quality standards in line with SOPs and work practices
- Ensure Installation documentation is completed correctly: Responsible for submitting progress drawings, testing records, site audits, RAMS, access and site permits
- Excellent safety practices and must be comfortable working at heights.
- Must be willing to learn and flexible to stay away depending on site location.
- Flexible regarding working hours and available for overtime when needed.
- A relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Hold a valid CSCS and Manual Handling Ticket
- Good reporting skills
- Full clean Driving License
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven record of coordinating and managing site projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships at all levels

- 5+ years experience in a Construction environment
- Design fire protection sprinkler systems for high-profile clients.
- Produce REVIT drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work.
- Ensure that standards are adhered to and that drawings produced are of the highest quality, all in accordance with Q.A. procedures.
- Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software.
- Planning project programs/scheduling.
- Preparing submittals.
- Work closely with the Operations and Installation teams to communicate, problem solve and update drawings for all coordination and design issues.

- Work with management to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects, including managing resources and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
- Manage project risks and issues, identifying and addressing potential problems before they impact project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Participate in project design reviews and provide input on technical issues as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior project engineers as needed.
- At least two years of experience in project engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-year Fire and Sprinkler experience
- Strong Technical Skills and experience in Fire Protection Systems design and Installation
- Excellent Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organise and manage resources to achieve project goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project team members, and senior Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome project challenges.
- Experience with Project Management software such as MS Project or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
