Our workshop provides our team with the leading-edge materials and equipment required to custom build pump sets to client specifications. Our team of engineers are certified by the Bre (LPCB) and FIRAS and have accreditations in ISO 9001:2015 and 45001. Our team is continuously upskilling, leading the way in Fire Protection Systems.

Commissioning
Post-installation our work undergoes rigorous testing by our qualified professionals. Each aspect of the installation is inspected and itemised to ensure continued compliance and quality to ensure it works at its optimum level. Our systematic process provides documented confirmation that systems function according to the intended design criteria and satisfy the owner’s operational needs, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, and standards. This process also helps us map out the system for our service team and facility managers.
Service Team
Writech prides itself on our quality of service. Through our service department, we offer on-call and regular maintenance checks as part of our end-to-end service for Fire Protection Management. We offer 24hr call out service and our on-call engineers are available 7 days a week. We offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, or biannually maintenance service contracts to ensure ongoing performance. Our in-house service co-ordinator teams will arrange your servicing needs to your request.
HR
Our HR department manages and oversees employee policies and procedures and helps maintain a positive work environment. They are responsible for payroll and employee engagement.

Our Accounts Department receivable and payable, who oversees all incoming and outgoing invoices, budgeting, reports and financial control.
