- Ensure the quality-controlled documentations are reviewed, approved, updated, maintained
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in QA processes, audits, testing, inspections, or compliance activities.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process or product issues and implement corrective actions.
- High precision in work, thorough in documentation and reporting.
- Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 10+ years working experience as Senior Project Engineer/ Project Manager
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills, knowledge of sprinkler systems/designs and AutoCAD and Revit software
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management

- Manage and lead Project Engineers overseeing multiple projects from design to commissioning and collaborating and supporting the Commercial, Design and Service teams.
- Development and updating of Design SOP’s, Manuals, Procedures for your Department in line with legislative, regulatory, Company and Client requirements.
- Schedule and plan for upcoming works and provide updates to relevant Departments to ensure project resources are available when required.
- Ensure all projects are tracked, monitored, planned and progress updated in relevant project management schedules and systems.
- Review and analyse reports in Structures and all project data is up to date for accurate invoicing and billing.
- Develop and implement standard designs and project tools used to build efficiencies in project execution.
- Review all drawings as per code - provide succession development training of staff to upskill their abilities to do same.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects, including managing resources and ensuring project deliverables are met
- Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management
- Manage project risks and issues, identifying and addressing potential problems before they impact project delivery
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- At least two years of experience in project engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years Fire and Sprinkler experience, preferably in Ireland and UK
- Design fire protection sprinkler systems for high-profile clients.
- Produce REVIT drawings for Electrical and Mechanical installation work.
- Ensure that standards are adhered to and that drawings produced are of the highest quality, all in accordance with Q.A. procedures.
- Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software.
- Planning project programs/scheduling.
- Preparing submittals.
- Work closely with the Operations and Installation teams to communicate, problem solve and update drawings for all coordination and design issues.
