Role Description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Service Technician to join our Mullingar-based Service Team. This is a full-time, on-site and field-based role covering nationwide service work, with a strong focus on Dublin and surrounding regions. The Mullingar base is used for parts collection, planning, reporting, and support. The role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing fire protection systems, sprinkler systems, and associated equipment in line with company and industry standards.

You will be required to travel daily to customer sites and must hold a full clean driving licence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, inspect, and maintain fire protection and sprinkler systems
  • Diagnose faults and complete on-site repairs
  • Carry out preventative maintenance visits
  • Respond to breakdowns and call-outs when required
  • Complete service reports and digital documentation accurately
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
  • Liaise professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Use Mullingar base for parts, planning, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
  • Mechanical or Electrical background preferred
  • Experience in maintenance or field service roles
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently on customer sites
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Technical qualification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Basic IT skills
  • Full clean driving licence required
