THE ROLE

You will be responsible for the coordination of servicing and maintenance, breakdowns and emergency calls therefore quick reactions and efficient working is essential. The role involves significant interaction with our servicing personnel, suppliers and customers. The position is demanding with a large cross section of responsibilities and a sense of urgency is required at all times. Additionally mechanical understanding would be an advantage but is not essential for this role.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • You must be organised and accurate to excel in this role
  • At least 2 years office experience is essential
  • You must be fluent in English
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
  • A mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analysing service reports, inputting data, and preparing conclusion reports
  • Coordinating customer requests and ensuring their expectations are met
  • Reviewing technician reports and compiling quotations
  • Scheduling jobs for on-site technicians and staying ahead of deadlines
  • Managing calls from technicians and customers to ensure smooth communication
  • Ordering parts and managing inventory efficiently
  • Handling additional administrative tasks as needed to keep the team running smoothly
