THE ROLE This is a fully site-based role hybrid / office initially for training etc, requiring a visible health and safety presence at all times. The EHS Officer will play a key role in maintaining and promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and supporting training and onboarding initiatives for employees and contractors. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, Health & Safety Oversight, maintain a visible presence on site, monitoring safety practices and ensuring compliance with site-specific and statutory health and safety regulations. Assist in the preparation and delivery of induction and training sessions for new employees and contractors. Reinforce health and safety procedures on site, making safety a consistent and visible part of daily operations. Assisting in the preparation of training sessions and on-site preparation of all new employees or contractors, assist in the delivery of toolbox talks and encourage a solid safety culture on the job. Assist with implementation of H&S initiatives and improvement plans. Provide assistance across other projects as required, may require international travel. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Health, Safety & Environment qualification, or related discipline or working towards
  • Strong commitment to health and safety, with the ability to maintain a visible and proactive presence on site.
  • Ability to compile information and present findings
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point and advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented with strong problem – Solving Abilities
  • Full Irish Drivers Licence

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring we meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Working closely with all departments, you will support continuous improvement across our processes, and projects.   • Work closely with all business areas & support functions to ensure Quality compliance, continuous improvement, and highest standard of performance.
  • Monitor and instruct all areas on process & guide employees towards best practices and quality compliance
  • Identify, raise to the management any risks regarding non-compliance or Opportunities for process & performance improvement, where is possible ensure they are actioned whenever is needed.
  • Support management with external ISO 9001 Audits, including to ensure that findings raised are closed, reviewed and action plan is implemented with the management
  • Conduct Internal Processes Audits.
  • Prepare IMS reporting and facilitate with senior management the management review meeting (in line with the ISO 9001 requirements).
  • Ensure the quality-controlled documentations are reviewed, approved, updated, maintained
Essential Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in QA processes, audits, testing, inspections, or compliance activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify process or product issues and implement corrective actions.
  • High precision in work, thorough in documentation and reporting.

THE ROLE The Project Lead will support the Project Engineering team in enhancing our Project Management activities. The Project Lead will be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, training and supporting a team of Project Engineers to maximise their full potential, implementing training and coaching programme to fulfil operational requirements in line with Company strategy, policies, procedures and processes, manage the recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, employee engagement and learning development of team members within the Project Management section of your Department.   • Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or related discipline

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and lead Project Engineers overseeing multiple projects from design to commissioning and collaborating and supporting the Commercial, Design and Service teams.
  • Development and updating of Design SOP’s, Manuals, Procedures for your Department in line with legislative, regulatory, Company and Client requirements.
  • Schedule and plan for upcoming works and provide updates to relevant Departments to ensure project resources are available when required.
  • Ensure all projects are tracked, monitored, planned and progress updated in relevant project management schedules and systems.
  • Review and analyse reports in Structures and all project data is up to date for accurate invoicing and billing.
  • Develop and implement standard designs and project tools used to build efficiencies in project execution.
  • Review all drawings as per code - provide succession development training of staff to upskill their abilities to do same.

The Role: THE ROLE We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our growing Service Team, to be based in the South of Ireland. This role will primarily support sites in Cork and the wider southern region, with flexibility required for nationwide travel and occasional overseas assignments to support Writech’s international operations. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are mechanically or electrically minded, with a strong focus on customer service, servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across mechanical piping systems, electrical control systems, and fire pump installations. Key Responsibilities · Maintenance and inspection of pump units and alarm valve arrangements onsite. · Fault finding and installation of control wiring systems and panels. · Stripping and overhauling of pumps and alarm valves. · Fault finding and installation of pumps, engines, and motors. · Filling out a report after each site visit on a Company iPad. · Compile detailed work orders and identify items requiring repair or follow-up works · Ensure all works are completed in compliance with relevant fire protection standards, health & safety requirements and company procedures · Participate in an on-call rota, including evening, weekend and emergency call-outs as required · Travel across the South of Ireland, with flexibility to travel nationwide and occasionally internationally to support overseas Writech sites Essential Criteria
  • Full clean driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
  • Flexibility to work overtime, stay away from home when required, and participate in an on-call rota
